PicusGO is a free app where employees learn about nature, play, clean up litter and report problems in their area. Every action comes with a photo, a location and a time, so your ESG report stands on real data. We set up the program, run the challenges and send the report. All your team has to do is take part.

Why PicusGO
A donation is soon forgotten. A habit stays.
A payment for tree planting or a one-off event gives you a nice number, but employees soon forget it, and auditors and the public increasingly ask what is behind it. In PicusGO people identify trees every day, take a short quiz, report litter and hazards, and clean up sites near the office or plant together. Environmental awareness comes from what they do themselves, and the company gets an overview of activity that can be checked, with a photo and location on every record.

ESG report
What goes into the report.
At the end of the period you get a report by company and team, with an activity map and photos from the field. We keep environmental and social indicators separate from marketing visibility.

What you get
Everything your team does, visible in one place.
Six parts of the program. We choose them together, based on the size of your team and the goals of your ESG plan.
Report
ESG report by company and team
An overview for management with the number of participants, scanned and protected trees, litter, hazard and ragweed reports and cleaned-up sites, along with photos from the field. We keep environmental and social indicators separate from marketing visibility, and you get the report as a PDF for management and your ESG advisors.
Engagement
Internal league and team challenges
Departments, plants or offices compete on a shared company leaderboard, and a challenge lasts as long as you decide. The game gives people a reason to get outside, and the leaderboard gives the team a reason to come back every week.
Environment
Cleanups and reports as measurable actions
Employees report litter, hazards and ragweed with a photo and location, and every report becomes a mission that closes only with a photo of the cleaned-up spot. The report shows what was reported and what was actually resolved.
Education
EcoSchool and EcoCertificate
A new nature topic every day, with a short video lesson and a quiz, done in a few minutes over coffee. After 100 topics an employee earns the EcoCertificate, and you get an overview of completed topics and quizzes as data on employee training.
Events
Events for your team
A cleanup day, a scan day in the park or a joint planting, with preparation, guidance on site and an app that records everything that gets done. The result goes into the report with the number of participants and photos, so you can show it internally and publicly.
The crown of the program
Your company forest on the map
Through the PicusGO platform we plant real trees for your company, each with a name and its own place on the map. A tree can be followed for years, and employees who reach Rainforest, the top league, also get a tree with their name.
What goes into the report depends on what employees have recorded. The AI tree assessment is not an expert diagnosis, and a report from the app is not an official finding.
From the first call to the report
You choose the team. We launch the program.
You don't need a contract or an IT project to get started. The app is free and runs on the phones employees already have.
01KickoffWe set the goals.
In a short call we define the team, locations, duration and the topics that matter for your ESG plan, for example litter, biodiversity or employee training. We prepare an internal invitation for you to send to the team.
02Team in actionEmployees play and get to work.
Participants download the app, link up with the company and start scanning, reporting, taking quizzes and cleaning up. We run the challenge, the leaderboard and the events and send the reminders, so your HR doesn't have to.
03ReportYou get the proof.
At the end of the period we send a report with numbers, an activity map and photos from the field, ready for management, internal communication and your ESG advisors. During the program you follow progress on the company overview.
Employee participation is always voluntary. The app does not track location in the background, and a location is saved only with a record the user sends themselves.
A program that fits in
No extra workload for your HR and ESG team.
We know HR and sustainability teams already have full calendars. We run the program, and all we need from you is a contact person, the choice of team and agreement on what you want to see in the report.
For larger programs we agree on one contact person on your side and one meeting a month, nothing more.
We run the program. We prepare the invitations, challenges, reminders and events and collect the data for the report. Your team gets ready-made material for management and internal channels.
Employee privacy comes first. The report shows aggregated data by company and team, and individual results only with the employee's consent. The company gets no access to employees' private data or location beyond the records they have published themselves.
One company, many locations. Headquarters, plants and offices in several cities can each have their own leaderboards and actions, and the report brings them together in one place. The app works in Croatian, English, German, Spanish and French.
A story you can tell. For internal channels and social media you get photos from events, numbers and short texts ready to publish. Every claim is backed by records from the field, so a post never turns into a risk for your brand.
Ways to work together
Start small. Grow when you see results.
We agree on scope, duration and price before we start, clearly and in writing.
First step
Pilot
Pilot with one team, 30 days
One department or location, an internal challenge, one event in the field and a report at the end of the month. The fastest way to see how your team responds before a bigger decision.
The whole company over the year, with seasonal challenges, EcoSchool, events at each location and regular reports. The data for your annual sustainability report builds up along the way, with no last-minute campaign.
Real trees planted through the PicusGO platform, with your company name and the place of every tree on the map, plus a joint planting day with your team. The trees stay visible and verifiable for years afterwards.
The app is always free for employees. What you pay for is the company program (running it, events, the report, planting), at a price agreed before we start.

A simple first step
Let's launch a pilot with your team.
Tell us the size of your team and your locations, and we'll propose a 30-day pilot with an event and a report at the end. The first call takes about twenty minutes and commits you to nothing.
